Blessed is she who comes in the name of the Lord!

We were glad to have our Provincial, Sr. Maria Pettayil along with the Bursar of the province, Sr. Teresa Karakkal, from 17^th -19^th January 2014. She was accorded a warm welcome by the sisters and the boarders of our community at the entrance of the house in keeping with the culture of the place. Then she was led to the chapel to implore blessing from the Lord. The enactment of the Gospel passage ‘the Visitation’ LK 1:39 -55 highlighted the joy brought by the Provincial comparing like that of Mary’s visit to Elizabeth.

On the following day, the students greeted Sr. Maria with a short programme in the school auditorium. The teachers too were happy to greet her.

The community was fortunate to go for an outing to Kolombi, a beautiful place of the Marianist fathers, a time of togetherness and refreshment.

The boarders appreciated and felicitated Sr. Provincial through a stage programme. She appreciated their gesture of love and gratitude.
