The social service club of Auxilium Convent School Barasat celebrated Workers’ Day amidst much fun and frolic on 2^nd May 2015. They were given a traditional welcome in the school auditorium by the members of Social Service Club. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamp followed by a short prayer service praying for the wellbeing and prosperity of the workers. During the power point presentation students depicted the contribution of the workers towards the school. They performed a song, play and dance to honour them. The workers were provided with some refreshing savouries. The programme came to an end with the inspiring words of Sr. Stella the superior. The members of social service club were happy to get a chance to bring smile on the faces of our dear workers on the occasion of workers’ day.
