On Saturday, 02 May 2015, the parents of the newly admitted Nursery toddlers and others had the experience of a highly informative and enthralling orientation.   The Orientation commenced with Mrs. Tantalita’s edifying  speech  which stressed on the indispensable do’s and don’ts  that parents should follow for the good moral upbringing and all round development of their children. Rev. Fr.  Soroj  Mallick SDB, the resource person of the day took over the scenario, notified the parents about the saga of the Salesian Culture and discussed on how the parents should bring up their children according to the preventive system initiated by St. John Bosco and St. Mary Mazzarello. He also cited example from Swami Vivekananda’s life to make the parents aware of his ideals. The orientation ended with a vivacious recital of St. John Bosco’s principles Reason, Religion, and loving kindness.
