On 9^th May 2015, the Middle school celebrated 155^th birth day of Rabindranath Tagore, the polymath of Bengal. The celebration started with an introduction followed by a prayer dance by class VII to pay tribute to Tagore. Bidushi Chowdhery enriched the program with her recitation ‘Pakhir Palak’, class VI students sang in chorus ‘Tomar Khola hoawa’ & class VIII students followed up with a Tagore poem ‘Where the mind is without fear’ and by gracious dances corresponding to the four seasons. Lastly all the participants gathered together and honored the poet singing his song ‘Anandoloke’
