On 31st January 2017, the Solemnity of Father and Founder St. John Bosco, the New Aspirantate  at Bamunmura – Barasat was blessed  by Rev. Fr. Dominic Gomes, the Vicar General of the Archdiocese  of Kolkata in the presence of  Provincial Sr. Rose Ezarath, Animators and Economers’ of the Province, Salesians of Kolkata Province, neighbourhood Priests and religious, boarders of Barasat community and friends. The Eucharistic celebration was followed by the Felicitation ceremony and a fellowship meal.
