Worker’s Day Celebration

Gratitude is the best form to express love and care. With this motto in mind on 30 April 2018, Worker’s Day was celebrated in the School Auditorium of Auxilium Convent School, Barasat to express our gratitude towards all our non-teaching staffs of the school. The whole programme was organised by the Social Service Club and the Chief Guest for the event was Rev. Sr. Stella, the Superior of the School. The students tried their best to keep everyone enthusiastic and energetic. The Prayer Service was accompanied with a Prayer Song and Lighting of the Lamp. A poetry was recited to show the importance of care-givers and the dignity of labour in the society. It was followed by a melodious Folk song which was cherished by the audience and made them clap to their beats. The innovative beat-boxing session was enjoyed by everyone. The programme ended with the golden words of wisdom by Rev. Sr. Superior and Rev. Sr. Principal. Last but not the least, a small token of love was handed over to extend our warmth and good wishes for them and their families.
