On 26 April 2018, HCA Vasant Vihar celebrated the World Gratitude Day in the company of Sr. Rose Ezarath, Provincial who was making her official visitation. The staff and students of HCA welcomed Sr. Rose with bouquets and greeting cards expressing thanks and appreciation. The programme commenced with the lightning of the lamp, symbol of God’s presence.It was followed by a short prayer service and a prayer dance by students of classes XII and IX.

The PowerPoint presentation by Class XII-B enlightened everyone on Mother Provincial’s committed service over the years as an integral part of the Salesian family. Celebrating the spirit of the year’s thrust ‘Listening and Accompanying’ the students of class X presented a skit, a poem ‘Listen Carefully’ by Jayanti Lakher, a song titled ‘Listen let your heart keep seeking’ by class XI to highlight the importance of following the principle of listening. The Nukkad Natak, highlighting the issue of CBSE paper leak 2018 not only brought laughter but left a great impact on the audience.

The celebrations of the day culminated with Words of wisdom by Mother Provincial.
