The month of October reminds us of two things: THE ROSARY AND THE MISSIONS. Keeping these in mind the novitiate community went to pray the rosary in the families together with the oratorians.
Being the mission month a Quiz completion was organized on 12 November by Sr. Dominica J. Thapa for the catechism children of the Kharsidag. Children were very happy and their knowledge about the Rosary and the Missions was increased.
The Strenna of the Rector Major and the Thrust of the year: We are a Family- Every Home a school of Life and Love is purely outlived in the experience of visiting the poor families of the neighbourhood by the Sisters, Teachers and students of classes VII – X on every Saturday.
Our school is making every effort to be very close to the poor, broken families, to help repair family realities in which difficult, complex and conflict situations exist. Our students are excited, enthusiastic and passionate to visit the poor families around Geyzing village. The interaction with the people gave a lot of insight as to know the people’s living conditions. Even the families were delighted to see the sisters, teachers and children going to them and spending quality time with them. Our children generously provided the families with basic necessities like- blankets, stationery items and edible things. The spiritual need was also fulfilled with prayer and hymns.
We hope to live the year of the family with more activities in the coming days to give new life, hope & joy to the people who live in the peripheries.
