On 29th January 2016, the community of Auxilium Dum Dum and few students welcomed Provincial Sr. Rose Ezarath as she returned to the Province after the Provincial’s meet in Rome.

On 2nd December 2014 Diksha Katoch and Ambica Sood of H.C. Auxilium – Vasant Vihar participated in the Moot Court competition held at Delhi Public School – R. K. Puram. There were six participating schools. The students were given three cases for three rounds. They were asked to be defendants as well as plaintiffs. Diksha and Ambica defended the case on “Does reformatory action actually reduce crime committed by juveniles?” In the first round they were qualified with thirty six points of forty. In the second round too they played the role of defendants and the case given to them was “Does punishment by the court of law to the offender brings justice to women and minor girls?” After having won the second round they were qualified for the third round, once again as defendants. In this round they defended the case “Delay in judgement or disposal of cases is provoking the victims to settle scores by themselves”. They defended their case like practising lawyers to the great contentment of the judges and secured the first position. It was a very rewarding day for the students as this occasion exposed them to a newer experience. The competition was made genuine by the presence of practising advocates who judged the competition.
