Recognition Day 2025, H.C AUXILIUM, R.K. PURAM

Salesian Sisters, Kolkata

As part of the Recognition Day celebrations on 25th July 2025, the students of H.C AUXILIUM, R.K. PURAM presented a powerful and meaningful dance performance on the theme Saving the Planet Earth. The performance aimed to raise awareness about critical environmental issues and encourage sustainable practices.

Through expressive dance and creative storytelling, the students depicted the harmful effects of human activities such as deforestation, water pollution, and air pollution. The performance showed how the cutting down of trees not only destroys nature but also forces birds and other wildlife to lose their natural homes. The sight of birds searching for shelter highlighted the deeper impact of environmental destruction on all living creatures. The performance also focused on solutions, showcasing the positive impact of planting trees and making eco-friendly choices.

Parents, teachers, and guests who attended the event watched the performance with great interest and responded with enthusiastic applause. The dance was appreciated not only for its artistic value but also for the strong environmental message it delivered. Overall, the performance was a memorable and inspiring part of the celebration. It successfully used art as a powerful medium to communicate the importance of environmental conservation and the responsibility we all share in protecting our planet.
